Accounting and Corporate Finance

The minor study program in Accounting and Corporate Finance provides you with a sound insight into the world of business.

In addition to studying the theoretical concepts of accounting and financial reporting, valuation, corporate valuation, financing, and corporate taxation, you will also gain insight into investment appraisal, compensation systems, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. The program is rounded off with practice-oriented lectures and seminars in the areas of accounting, restructuring, corporate acquisitions, and stock valuation.

Career prospects

The specialization in the minor study program in Accounting and Corporate Finance offers excellent conditions for starting a career in financial consulting or in the accounting and finance departments of local or international companies across a  range of industries.
