Strategy, Organization and Innovation
In the Strategy, Organization and Innovation minor study program, you will examine the strategic orientation and organizational design of companies in dynamic and complex environments. The aim is to develop skills for analyzing organizational challenges, formulating effective strategies and designing innovative solutions, while taking ethical and sustainability-related aspects into account.
In addition to the core concepts of strategy and organizational theory, you will learn about governance structures, corporate responsibility, innovation and strategic change. Both theoretical knowledge and its practical application in various industries and contexts, such as sports and mobility, are considered.
As part of the minor study program, you will familiarize yourself with key strategic and organizational decisions in companies.
