In the minor study program in Business Analytics and Operations, you will learn about data-based decision-making and the design, control and improvement of operational processes in organizations. The aim is to achieve efficient resource utilization and sustainable value creation through the application of quantitative methods and analytical tools.
In addition to the core concepts of operations management, the program will introduce you to mathematical modeling, stochastic analysis and optimization methods, and discuss their application to issues in supply chain management, revenue management and process optimization. Aspects of sustainability and responsible resource use are also taken into account.
