The minor study program in Corporate Finance takes a more in-depth look at the world of companies.
In addition to studying the theoretical concepts underpinning the valuation, financing and taxation of companies, students are given an insight into investment as well as mergers and acquisitions. Rounding off the minor study program are lectures and seminars with a practical focus in the areas of restructuring, company takeovers and stock valuation.
